This summary is for orientation only. The binding documents below (Terms, Privacy, and supplements) control your rights and obligations.

  • What it is
Black Pearls is a personal trading discipline tool. It helps you record decisions, review structured analytics, and stay accountable to rules you set. It does not hold your money, place trades, or give you personalized financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • What we store
Account sign-in details (via our identity provider), your subscription status, account settings, discipline records you create (such as decisions you chose not to act on, journal notes, and watchlists), analytical outputs refreshed on a schedule, and optional exports or integrations you turn on.
  • Who sees it
Your account data is kept separate from other subscribers. We use service providers (hosting, sign-in, payments, and optional AI when enabled) under contract. We do not sell your personal information. Optional product usage summaries, if enabled, are coarse and do not include your email or payment details in those logs.
  • How to delete it
Where available in Settings, you can request account deletion and export your data. Deletion cancels paid subscriptions where configured and removes account data subject to legal retention and backup cycles described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Who we are
The company named in each legal document (currently the operator entity shown on this page) provides the Service under the Terms of Service. In those documents, that company is called the "Operator"; you are the "Subscriber" or "User."

This summary does not change the Terms or Privacy Policy. Qualified counsel should review the full documents before production reliance.
