1. Method
This review compares subscriber-facing copy in `lib/copy/pricing.ts`, compliance banners, and landing surfaces against the non-advisory framing in Terms §3.
Status: passed with clarifications as of the legal hub effective date.
2. Aligned statements
Tier bullets describe analytical features (fragility, watchlists, premortem, discipline stress lab) — not buy/sell recommendations.
Trust boundary lines correctly state no custody and no execution.
Subscribe intro requires Terms + Privacy acknowledgment before checkout.
3. Clarifications applied
Black Pearl tier — "Contracted research modules (future)": retained only as a roadmap label; must not be marketed as personalized research or trade ideas until counsel approves a separate disclosure. Footnote in pricing copy references Stripe configuration, not advisory services.
Email alerts / webhooks: copy must continue to describe event notifications, not trade instructions. Webhook docs should list payload fields without imperative verbs (buy/sell).
Persona chat: marketing must say "grounded in your artifacts" not "answers what to trade."
4. Watch list
Any future broker or market-data integrations require new disclosures and likely separate agreements — not covered by current subscriber agreements.
Founding-member or referral pricing must not imply guaranteed returns.
Screenshot beta UI must show Beta Addendum link before first upload.
Acquisition telemetry (when enabled) must remain coarse and PII-free per `lib/acquisition/acquisition-telemetry.ts` forbidden substrings; Privacy Policy §3 discloses optional funnel events.
5. Remediation log
Pricing footnote added: annual/founding/referral mechanics are billing configuration, not entitlements to advice.
Legal hub published so marketing can link Cookie Policy, Beta Addendum, and supplements from footer and subscribe.
