Commercial: subscription tier, Stripe customer references, usage quotas.
Internet activity: logs of feature use, API calls, and security events.
Inferences: analytical scores and discipline metrics derived from your artifacts — not used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Sources and purposes
We collect data from you, your identity provider, payment processor, and your use of the Service to operate, secure, bill, and improve the analysis-only laboratory.
4. Disclosures and sale
We disclose data to service providers (processors) under contracts. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Your California rights
You may request to know, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.
